1st June 2008 - Neon vine inlays and DNA style fretboards released. The DNA style faithfully reproduce the original look, complete with Glow-in-the-Dark Blue and Green DNA strands, Red blood vesicles, and Green g-i-t-d side dots.

15th April 2008 - Eric Gavel's custom UV77GMC was Runner-Up for April 2008 Guitar of the Month, as voted by members of www.sevenstring.org - Congratz Eric!!! only just out-voted by an awesome green flame maple Ibanez RG style custom 7-string.
